Iceland Frozen Cinnamon Raisin Loaf Review

REVIEW

After reviewing the Frozen Corn Bread a couple of weeks ago, I had high hopes for this Cinnamon(I can never spell cinNamon right on the first attempt) Raisin Loaf. And I wasn’t let down. Once baked(a bit longer than the allotted time, best to check and bake to your cooker’s settings) the loaf is soft and full of flavour with the raisins sweetness blending in with the slight crunchiness and flavour of the hazelnuts along with the aromatic cinnamon touch. Added to that, the tasty, crispy thin outer crust and together with a creamy butter on this hot bread, it’s a winner. If you bake it right you will have a delicious loaf worthy of any bakery right out of your own oven
