Special K Protein Crunch Cereal Review

REVIEW

Special K cereal have jumped on the added Protein bandwagon with their own protein packed cereal that “gives you 7g Protein in every bowl”. This cereal contains clusters(some big but most were crushed into small bits) of wholegrains(Oats, Wheat, Brown Rice, Barley, Triticale & Rye) sweetened with Honey and Syrup.

With no sugar and no milk added to my bowl, the cereal has a nice malty, naturally sweet(not too sweet) almost popcorn like flavour. Its crunchy and stays crunchy and can become a bit of a mouthful to chew but nothing like many other Granolas. Overall this cereal is an all round pleaser with an enjoyable taste and although the box is small and contains about 3/4 servings it is well worth a try in my opinion.
