Good Grain Co. Puffed Wheat Review

They look like Sugar Puffs but without tons of sugar….however they still have that deep strong Sugar Puff like taste that’s so strong it makes your wee smell of it. Maybe that’s too much info, but yes, I was surprised that even though this is just pure puffed up wheat it retains much of that Sugar Puff flavour. Its meant to be added to other cereals, oats and topped with abundance of fruits and berries but I tried it simply with milk and a small shower of sugar to find it basically like a weaker Sugar Puffs but not as weak as you may think. So overall, its not too bad actually, and then I was surprised to find out that The Good Grain Company is owned by none other than the same people that make Sugar Puffs. Ahh, it makes sense now…well kind of!
