Iceland Jim Beam Bourbon Ribs Review

I think the first thing that grabs your attention is the attractive design and package size for £3 but once opened you’ll find that the ribs themselves only take up about 2/3 of the box. These ribs can be oven cooked for either 30+mins in the oven or blasted in the microwave for 9mins but for this test we opted down the oven route.

On tasting the ribs, you can immediately notice the smokey charcoal aroma of the sauce(make sure you spread the sauce residue from the packaging evenly before cooking) which works well with the surprisingly tender meat and unlike other Iceland rib products, these ribs contain a good amount of meat. If you’re a Jim Beam fan, at 1% Bourbon don’t expect it to be strongly flavoured but for £3 there’s not many better options around at this price.
