Aldi Quinoa Bar Review
New at Aldi checkouts via their Foodie Market brand are these Coconut & Hemp Quinoa Bars that are Gluten Free and measure up 10cm X 2.5cm by 1.5cm thickness for p.
These bars are well packed with ingredients and stuck together with a rice syrup. They are defintely not as hard and chewy as I thought they were going to be and are quite soft to bite. Its tastes quite like I thought it would with a syrup sweetness and a quinoa grain mix of flavours with an occasional burst of other flavours from the other ingredients(like coconut, raisins and something else), but I think it needs more raisins to pump up the flavour fully in my opinion. Its an OK bar actually, not too hard and chewy, basic good taste, not overdosed with seeds like many other bars and a good Protein rate.
