Coyo Coconut Milk Yoghurt Review
I have seen these around the various supermarkets and are one of the top range dairy free yogurts on the shelf in terms of price as this one costs about £1.50 per pot. It is made from Coconut Milk(97%) and comes in a range of 3 flavours this being the Vanilla Bean one.
Straight away you notice that it looks nice, thick and creamy with little black dots of vanilla. The taste, well, you know how fresh Coconut Water tastes, a little bit coconutty and a little bit sour towards the end, well this has that taste with a little bit of vanilla in the background giving it a subtle bit of an ice cream style taste to it. It really tastes like what you would imagine fresh Coconut Water if it were to be made into a yogurt, and that’s exactly what it tastes like…..with a slight, slight hint of vanilla. It does feel like I am eating a fresh coconut product. And if that rocks your boat then you will like it but if you’re looking for a sweet coconut ice cream style yogurt then this is not what you’re looking for.
